TCA uses Cloudron/OpenID Connect for authentication and Auth.js within the website application. Public Contact and Enrollment forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam and abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals and may use cookies or similar technologies as part of its security checks. These checks are used to protect the forms rather than to provide behavioral advertising.
The current TCA website does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. If TCA later adds analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, this policy should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Most browsers allow users to view, block, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent authentication or protected website features from working correctly. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent security providers from processing other technical signals needed to protect the website.
